 Model CD 512

 

The SCREEN USA CD512 is the Heavy-Duty, track mounted, high production solution for difficult to screen materials. This robust screener is designed to process C&D, Log Yard Debris, Landfill Reclamation and can also double as a precision screener for screening crushed concrete or asphalt.     

    Unlike traditional screening equipment, SCREEN USA CD512 is equipped with a twin-shafted screen and can utilize Finger Screens for nasty materials.

     A variety of screens [ i.e. punch plates, finger screens, square cloth, rod decks] can be installed in this screener.

   Please note that the CD512 is manufactured out of hardened steel and can process material as large as 36" without difficulty. This differentiates this machine from our competitors.

  SCREEN USA CD512  WILL NOT FOLD UNDER PRESSURE.

  In addition, SCREEN USA CD512 is equipped with state of the art remote control for ease of operation. This unique machine is legal height, width, and length and does not  need bothersome permits.
